This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds or returns are processed for services purchased through https://smmeuro.com.

1. Nature of Our Services

SMMEuro provides digital, non-tangible goods (followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, etc.).
Once a service has been delivered or started, it cannot be reversed. Therefore, refunds for completed or partially completed services are generally not possible.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Payment was made, but the order was not delivered or processed.
  • The ordered service was canceled before delivery started.
  • There is a technical issue or system malfunction caused by our platform.

In these cases, the refund will be credited to your SMMEuro balance or returned to the original payment method, depending on the situation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Wrong or invalid links submitted by the user.
  • Orders placed for the wrong service.
  • Drops or losses after the order was successfully delivered (unless refill guarantee applies).
  • Delays caused by external platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Abuse, misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Refill Guarantee

If a service includes a refill guarantee (as specified in the service description), users may request a refill within the guarantee period.
Refunds are not applicable during the refill process.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

Initiating a dispute or chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in account suspension.
Please contact admin@smmeuro.com before opening any dispute — we’ll do our best to resolve issues quickly.

6. Balance Credits

If a refund is approved, the amount may be:

  • Returned to your SMMEuro account balance, or
  • Sent back to your original payment method (depending on payment provider).

Balances are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
