This policy explains how SMMEuro handles information associated with website visits, customer accounts, orders, support and reseller API access. It covers information you provide and technical data generated when you use the service.

When you register or contact us, we may process your username, email address, WhatsApp or other contact details, account identifiers, and information included in your support requests. Your SMMEuro login credentials must be kept confidential.

To process an order, we handle the service selected, quantities, destination URLs or public usernames, order status and related records. We do not require your social media account password to place a service order. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information in order fields.

When you add funds or make a payment, we may receive transaction references, amount, currency, status and payment-provider details needed for accounting and support. Payment methods are provided by third parties; their own privacy notices govern information collected on their payment pages.

If you choose Google Sign-In, Google may share identification details such as your name, email address, profile image and an account identifier as part of authentication. We use the returned authentication information to establish or link an SMMEuro account, subject to the platform's supported sign-in flow. Your Google password is not supplied to SMMEuro.

Our website and hosting platform may process IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, session identifiers and cookies needed for security, authentication and site preferences. Additional analytics or marketing cookies may be used if such tools are enabled. Browser settings can limit cookies, but some account features may then stop working.

We use relevant data to create and maintain accounts, deliver and track orders, process balances and payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, meet applicable obligations and improve the website. Where required, we seek consent for optional uses such as marketing.

SMMEuro relies on infrastructure, panel-hosting, payment and order-fulfillment providers. Information necessary to complete a transaction or service may be shared with relevant providers, such as an order URL and service details. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect the service. Each provider may have its own privacy practices.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online system is completely secure. Keep your password and API key private, avoid sending credentials in tickets, and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Account, order, payment and support records may be retained for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, maintain security or satisfy applicable accounting and legal requirements. The specific retention period depends on the type of record and platform or provider settings.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data and may have rights to object, restrict processing or withdraw consent. Requests can be sent to admin@smmeuro.com. Some data may need to be kept where legally required or necessary to resolve a transaction.

Our hosting, payment and service partners may operate in different countries. As a result, information may be processed outside your country, subject to the protections and obligations that apply to the relevant processing.

SMMEuro services are not designed for children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the site without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review the request in line with applicable law.
